After you submit your appeal, you can track its progress on the ITSAA appeal portal. Your appeal status tells you whether it is still pending, approved, or was reconsidered.
How It Works
Your appeal status is checked on the same ITSAA portal where you submitted your appeal.
You need your 13-digit ID number and the phone number on your application to log in.
The status usually updates only after an appeal batch is processed — there is no real-time update.
Appeals pending for 60 to 90 days are normal and do not mean your appeal failed.
Check your appeal status once every few weeks to avoid unnecessary stress.
A 'Declined' appeal status is final and cannot be appealed again — you can reapply instead.
