What This Status Means

'Application Invalid' means your SASSA application could not be processed because the information you provided was missing, incorrect, or did not match the required format. This is different from a decline based on eligibility — it means the application itself failed validation. The most common causes are an incorrect ID number, a wrong or inactive phone number, or missing banking details.
