What You Can Do on Moya

• Check your SRD status — see if you are Approved, Pending, or Declined for the current month.
• Update banking details — change your bank account directly through the app.
• Submit an appeal — appeal a declined application without visiting the ITSAA portal.

How to Get Started

1. Download the Moya App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Look for the 'SASSA SRD' section on the home screen.
3. Enter your 13-digit ID number when prompted.
4. Select the service you need.
